Kabhi socha hai… hum apne phone ko kitni baar check karte hain, aur apne dil ko kitni baar?
Mera phone mera constant saathi ban gaya tha — subah, shaam, neend ke pehle, neend ke baad. But somewhere between the notifications and the scrolls, main khud se door ho gayi thi.
So I made a decision — to break up with my phone for a while… taaki main wapas khud se pyaar karna seekh saku.

Har like par dopamine milta tha. Har reel ek momentary escape lagti thi.
Lekin andar kahi khali pan tha — jo kisi filter se bhar nahi sakta tha.

- No phone in the morning – pehli subah ki roshni mere liye thi.

Main jitni screen pe thi, utni hi khud se door ho gayi thi.
Aur jab screen door hui, main apne dil ke paas wapas aa gayi.
